Some people tend to only do sports in summer which leads to a non balanced lifestyle and health. Well in summer you have the possibility to face many outdoor activities such as soccer, basketball, street hockey, beach activities, water sports, tennis jogging, hiking, climbing etc. There are probably as many possibilities in summer as there are in winter. The only difference is that we human beings tend to be lazy when it is cold outside. Summer sports help us to stay in shape and enjoy the sunny days during the hotter and warmer season.
